How to request deletion

If you would like your data deleted from HeyDr, email gal@heydr.co from the address associated with your account or include enough information for us to identify your clinic or booking.

What to include

To help us process the request quickly, include any of the following:

• Your full name
• Your clinic name
• Your account email or phone number
• The appointment or booking details, if relevant

Timeline

We aim to confirm and process deletion requests within 2 business days.
